6 Steps for Interviewing Success

A stellar candidate deserves a worthy interview.
It’s not difficult; just practice these painless steps:

  1. Prepare your interview for the correct position. (bring job description, org chart, etc)
  2. Prepare and follow an agenda.
  3. Know whom you are interviewing. (resume studied and printed)
  4. Be on time!
  5. Ask questions. (don’t do all the talking)
  6. Be ready for the candidate’s questions.
