Tracy O’Neil

Tracy is a senior human resource leader with extensive experience in the strategic and operational aspects of human resources. She has led the human recourse aspect of multiple mergers and acquisitions. She is a change agent adept at balancing the needs of employees with the vision of the company. Tracy has been successful building relationships and leading in multi-cultural environments with a successful track record of consistently achieving results and positively affecting cultural change. She has strengths in all areas of HR including employee relations, coaching and counseling, policy design and development, benefits and legal compliance.

Prior to joining The Achilles Group, Tracy worked with CommunityBank of Texas and The Redstone Companies. Her experience crosses a broad range of industries, including financial services, hospitality, private equity, restaurants, and family offices. Tracy has a passion for creating cultures where employees flourish while meeting company goals. She believes all employees, no matter what level, should be treated with dignity and respect and leaders should walk the talk.

Outside of work, Tracy and her husband love to sail and travel. They enjoy local and international travel to enjoy other cultures, the scenery and the food. Tracy and her husband enjoy attending the Houston Texans football games and tailgating with their friends.
