Hannah Arabie

Hannah applies her education, talents, intellect and smile to serve our clients and grow our business. She engages with multiple clients as a Designated Consultant and also as a contributor to several internal Achilles process improvement teams. She is assigned as a key contributor on our Achilles Way group that is tasked with continually improving our fractional HR tools and techniques across multiple domains of our service offerings.

She carries direct responsibility for workstreams on accounts across a variety of business sectors including Petro Chem, Construction and Field Services, Residential / Commercial Real Estate, Entertainment, Products Distribution, Oil Field Services, Medical / Lab Services, Heavy Equipment Transport, Communications Technologies and Consulting Services.

Hannah brings a fearless attitude to any new challenge and works to research and equip herself to provide effective compliance advisement. She has experience across multiple domains of service to include employee relations, engagement surveys, salary market reviews and corrective action process. She has provided recruiting process design, onboarding frameworks and related tool kits, support for improving functional structure and establishing new leadership roles, policy development, FMLA compliance and personal leave management, role clarity and job description development and merit pay / base pay annual compensation review process.

Hannah is also very attentive to assessing policy and recruiting process through the lens of diversity and works to identify opportunities to enhance a client’s ability to benefit from more inclusive approaches.

Prior to Achilles Hannah earned her degree in Management from LSU with an HR Concentration. In her free time Hannah enjoys cooking Cajun cuisine and travel.
