Emily Green

Emily serves as a key contributor to the team that manages the internal development, production and systems training aspects of our Achilles TalentConnection Services. She also is a passionate recruiting resource working on multiple client accounts across virtually any industry to match people with jobs that are best fit for both the employee and the business.

Emily has additional experience in providing core HR services across multiple industries to include Non-Profit / Faith Based, Petro Chem, Senior Living, Banking, Oil Field Services, Aviation Consulting, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage and Hospitality. These HR workstream contributions include People Performance work with constructing effective job descriptions, identifying core factors to complete salary market reviews and providing clients the necessary information to determine competitive pay levels. She also works to develop our Recruiting Effectiveness tool kits; onboarding process tools and base pay / merit pay client compensation projects.

Emily believes in the importance of extending grace to those who need it. Without grace, work would be difficult to navigate out of fear of repercussions. Extending grace leaves room for encouragement and provides a workplace that is enjoyable and functional.

Emily has her SHRM CP and comes to Achilles as an HR Management graduate from Sam Houston State University with a minor in Psychology. She possesses a strong interest in employee/labor relations issues and the need for leaders to make good decisions for their employees and the business. She brings excellent research skills and pulls out HR trends and compliance topics to distribute to our team.

Her drive to go the extra mile, her responsiveness and the natural tendency to dig into research serves the team well. Emily is a member of Champions Running Association and joins group runs throughout the week. She also spends time weaving blankets as gifts for family and friends and caring for her friend and support animal Mildred the Cat.
