David is well-versed in all things Staffing and Recruiting as well as in providing well thought counsel on difficult Employee Relations, Compliance and Role Clarity issues. David has a disciplined and analytical approach, and applies that focus in his work to research and address HR Business challenges, and to develop tactics to move forward in a profitable direction. He also brings an experienced and realistic view of supervisory and people performance issues gained from his leadership role as a Service Manager at a nationwide transportation and logistics company.
Davids HR career began during his service as a Human Resource Specialist for the Army and with Achilles Group he appreciates the opportunity to make a positive difference in our clients’ businesses. David’s work often impacts a company’s bottom line by mitigating risk they would otherwise face alone. He also is motivated by the opportunities he has to help clients implement Employee Incentive Plans or Benefits Packages that make a difference in the lives and livelihoods of employees. He has a passion to improve teams by equipping and encouraging leaders throughout the organization which leads to a happier and more engaged workforce.
David graduated with both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Communication Studies from Sam Houston State University. He has experience across multiple sectors including Recruiting Services, Construction & Skilled Trades, Communications & Technology, Inventory Management, Non-Profit / Faith Based and Commercial Welding Supply. David is passionate about his work and grateful for his opportunities to engage with our Achilles Team.
In his spare time, David loves to improve his carpentry skills and build furniture.
