Brianna Carter

Brianna serves as a designated consultant for multiple Achilles clients and also is assigned as a key contributor on our Achilles Way group that is tasked with continually improving our fractional HR tools and techniques across multiple domains of our service offerings.

Brianna’s responsibilities include recruiting activities, initiatives around team communications structure, engagement surveys, updating evaluation process as well as providing support for policy and handbook development, providing counsel for employee relations challenges and delivering leadership training and development content. She also helps clients address the problems generated from a lack of role clarity by identifying core responsibilities and constructing effective job descriptions. Her efforts provide clients the tools and techniques needed to establish clarity of expectations, effective relationship and accountability.

Brianna is a charismatic and passionate Human Resource professional who delivers stellar customer service for clients across multiple industries. She has experience serving Non-Profit / Faith Based, Restaurant, Petro Chem, Senior Living, Banking, Oil Field Services, Aviation Consulting, Food & Environmental Testing, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage and New Startup Businesses. Brianna graduated Cum Laude from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management. She began her HR career with a mid-size Houston staffing agency, where she handled policy management, records maintenance, employee relations, onboarding & offboarding, performance management and employee benefits.

Brianna is a Houston native. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, going to the movies, attending church and spending time with her family.
