Hannah Bernshausen is a Human Resources Professional at Achilles Group and delivers HR projects for a variety of clients across multiple industries. Hannah’s contributions include writing job descriptions/ads, sourcing candidates during recruitment, conducting reference checks and exit interviews, writing company letters and policies, creating organization charts, performing salary market reviews, and writing and auditing handbooks. Hannah loves the versatility in her work because it has enabled her to grow her learning and add lots of new tools to her “metaphorical toolbox”! She looks forward to continuing to expand her knowledge and tools during her time at Achilles.
Hannah graduated from Texas A&M University, College Station, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management. She also interned at Achilles Group prior to her graduation. She will be furthering her education at the University of South Carolina in the fall of 2023, pursuing her master’s in human resources.
Outside of work, Hannah has always had a passion for working with animals. She has over 15 years of experience with horses, having worked as a stable hand, working student, and rider in Houston/College Station, Texas, and Ocala, Florida. She is hopeful of owning a horse of her own one day!
