Bailey came to Achilles Group as a graduate from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management. While in college Bailey was a member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority and served as Collegiate Chapter President for 3 semesters. Bailey has always had a passion for leadership and serving others. Her main goal when working with others is to inspire them and to leave an impact. She is a go getter and is eager to immerse herself in the world of fractional HR.

Bailey was born and raised in Houston, TX and is happy to be back in her hometown. In her free time, she enjoys playing card games with her family and spending time with her friends. Bailey also loves finding new recipes to cook, traveling, and going to the movies.
