Andrea joined the Achilles team with over 9 years’ experience in the energy and engineering sector and has added work experience within the SAS / Technology, Geotech, Oil and Gas sectors. She is well-versed in recruiting and interviewing, developing compensation structures, conducting salary benchmarking, and in creating job descriptions, policies, and new hire onboarding programs. She also has experience with employee performance and engagement assessments as well as providing good communications planning. She keeps a mindset that recruiting process should be viewed through the lens of diversity and helps clients recognize that any given approach has a direct impact on the responding job pool.

Andrea likes collaborating with and learning from her fellow talented Achilles Group teammates and participates regularly on internal project teams to continually improve Achilles tools and techniques. She also enjoys opportunities to work with local business owners and their efforts to connect with and make an impact in the local community through special HR initiatives. Her favorite part of human resources is helping people identify and explore options for developing and growing their career, as well as coaching employees to achieve their potential at work and in life.

Andrea has been a SHRM-CP certified professional since 2017 (Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional). In her free time, Andrea loves spending time with her family, reading personal development books, and practicing calligraphy.
