Amelia’s work with Achilles Group includes contributions to job descriptions designed for role clarity, identifying requisite physical and environmental factors, assessment of proper FLSA Classifications, and conducting salary market reviews. She also contributes to mapping recruiting process, recruiting discovery sessions with hire managers, conducting screening interviews, and the development of HR Policy and Employee Handbooks.
Amelia is passionate about the opportunity to work with a diverse array of clients across multiple industries including Non-Profit, Tech Services, Banking, and Real Estate Management. She carries a positive caretaker nature with a willingness to do whatever is needed with a smile. These attributes combined with her intellect make her ideally suited to play a key role in the deployment of our Client Leadership Training and Development services. Her work is essential to our efforts to define, create, host, and deliver a mixed client schedule of training content. Amelia’s passion to connect and build relationships helps place us in a position of trust from which we can equip our clients to make smart people decisions, implement solid processes, develop tools, and educate their leaders through training.
Amelia came to Achilles as a Texas Tech University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in University Studies. She also studied abroad at the Texas Tech University Center in Sevilla, Spain, teaching Spanish to local children. In her free time, Amelia enjoys traveling and seeing new parts of the world, cooking and baking, spending time with family, and taking her two dogs to the park.
