Talisha is a thoughtful and tenacious HR professional who bring versatility, creativity, and a solutions-oriented mindset to the Achilles Group team. She supports a wide variety of client needs – from job description development and salary market research to employee classification audits and policy documentation. Her strengths lie in her ability to research and translate complex HR topics into actionable, client-friendly solutions. Talisha has contributed to clients across sectors such as chemicals, pathology, real estate, entertainment, and construction.

Talisha earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UC Berkeley and has prior experience in interviewing, training, conflict mitigation, and serving as an internal point of contact for HR support. She embraces new challenges with energy and curiosity, always seeking ways to push beyond her comfort zone.

Outside of the office, Talisha enjoys cooking plant-based and pescatarian meals for her meat-loving family and friends, writing poetry, and playing the piano – a skill she taught herself. A world traveler at heart, she once lived in Barcelona while studying abroad and is always up for trying new things (including skydiving, though she draws the line a roller coasters!). Her zest for life and fearless approach translated into her work – making her a dynamic member of the Achilles team.
