Kathy serves as a key contributor to our Achilles TalentConnection Services and truly enjoys reading between the lines on the thousands of resumes she reviews. She seeks to find the connection between the candidate’s path to the present and the client’s needs into the future. She works on multiple client accounts across a wide range of industries and position types to match people with jobs that are best suited for both the employee and the business.

Kathy participates in job order discovery with clients and colleagues and is experienced with developing a recruiting profile, setting up job postings, scanning resumes to identify key attributes that match client needs, and setting suitable prospects up for video interviews. Kathy also conducts the video screening interviews and provides updates to establish a sense of clarity for the hiring manager as they move top candidates forward in their selection process.

Prior to joining Achilles Group, Kathy’s experiences include serving as a naturopathic coach and teaching iridology, an ancient art and science of reviewing one’s genetic health. She also previously owned a holistic and wellness center in Tomball TX. As a naturopathic practitioner, Kathy brings to our team her passion for promoting natural health and wellness through food choices, vitamins, herbs, and essential oils as well as holistic therapies for our personal wellbeing.

Kathy is a Texas native who continues to serve as a member of the International Iridology Practitioner’s Association as their Instructor Coordinator. She is also the author of the iridology textbook. “Iridology Fusion’s Worktext and System’s Companion Guide” She enjoys travel, fishing and anything water related.
