Staff leasing, or a PEO, is a good solution for some companies. Achilles Group is not a staff leasing company. Our services differ in that we only become the HR department, whereas with staff leasing, clients must also use the staff leasing company’s payroll system and benefit plans.

Most of our clients have the payroll and benefits covered, and if they do need help in those areas, we can assist. Our clients can continue on their current payroll and benefit plans or we can help them find alternatives, if necessary. We do not sell payroll services or benefits, but we are qualified to help our clients put in place payroll and benefit plans.
