Staff leasing, or a PEO, is a good solution for some companies. Achilles Group is not a staff leasing company. Our services differ greatly in that we only become the strategic HR department, whereas with staff leasing, clients must also use the staff leasing company’s payroll system and benefit plans. Achilles does not provide payroll or PEO services; we are a highly qualified buyer of these services and make recommendations to clients everyday.

Most of our clients have the payroll and benefits covered, but if they do need help in those areas, we can assist. Our clients continue on their current payroll and benefit plans or we can help them find alternatives, if necessary. We do not sell payroll services or benefits, but we are qualified to help our clients put in place payroll and benefit plans.
