Achilles manages the traditional screening and interviewing process to save your team time and money.We support your managers by capturing their employment needs and helping to translate these attributes into a job posting to target the proper candidate. We post on popular job boards and collect resumes for internal review.We hold the first round of phone screens and then present to management a collection of qualified individuals.

StaffAdvantage™ - Full staff and executive recruiting services package

Achilles manages the entire process to allow your management team to focus on driving your core business. From outbound recruiting calls to background checks – we provide a full package of recruiting services. You can trust that Achilles understands how to hire, train and support your team.

Along with our customers, Achilles has a mutually vested interest in the success of our customer’s recruiting program. If a recruiting program brings in the wrong candidate, then training and performance appraisals become that much more difficult.
