Before joining Achilles Group, Bill founded and managed two very successful executive recruiting firms. He also has strong sales experience in the payroll services and placement industry. Bill's drive and expertise played an instrumental role in Achilles Group's growth and success over the past two years. JP has more than 12 years experience in human resources management at such companies as Corporate Express and Integrated Electrical Services, and has strong HR operations experience in high growth and high change environments. JP successfully converts his large company HR knowledge to human resources practices for Achilles Group's small and mid-sized clients. JP completed both his BA and MBA at Texas A & M University.
