Arch Payne - President and CEO

Arch has over 25 years of experience in executive human resources in companies such as FMC Corporation, Air Liquide America, and Azurix Corporation. In co-founding Achilles Group, he delivers his global expertise to small and mid-size companies. He advises clients on employee relations, international human resources, succession planning, executive compensation, growth initiatives, and organizational change. Arch is a Rutgers University graduate with a BA in Economics / Labor Relations.

Bill Bradshaw - Vice President, Client Development

Before joining Achilles Group, Bill founded and managed two very successful executive recruiting firms. He also has strong sales experience in the payroll services and placement industry. Bill's drive and expertise played an instrumental role in Achilles Group's growth and success over the past two years. Bill is a graduate of the University of Texas with a BA in Economics.
