Achilles Group offers World-Class Leadership Management Training

Leadership management training teams that proactively engage our training services install foundation principles of communication, recognition, effective coaching and performance management within the context of an employment relationship based upon trust, respect and freedom of expression. The elements provided also address the need to manage performance issues in a manner that builds accountability and provides the company with effective documentation as a basis for employment action if necessary. All of our training programs are offered for CPE credits.

We provide 3 tiers of leadership management training sessions:

  • HR Essentials™ - Makes available Compliance Seminars and one-to-one mentoring for HR administrators.
  • TEAMProtect™ - Delivers the essentials of legal compliance needed by front line leaders, supervisors and managers to minimize employment associated risks.
  • TEAMPerform™ - Modules in this series progressively engage supervisors, managers and directors in gaining the core competencies of performance management.

All of our classes are qualified for CPE credits.
