Contract HR Generalist - Part Time/Full Time (502HRG)
Achilles Group is growing our consulting division! We have an openings for experienced HR Generalists to work on a contract basis on-site at various client locations in the greater Houston area. Full time and part time available. Achilles provides strategic HR consulting to over 70 clients so you will interact with a broad spectrum of companies of all different sizes and business models and work on a wide variety of HR projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support Achilles Group clients
- Collaborate on handbooks, job descriptions, policies, procedures, etc.
- Research labor and employment law
Requirements
- 3+ years experience working as an HR Generalist including; hands-on employee relations experience, new employee orientation, on-boarding and create/maintain employee files.
- Knowledge of labor/employment laws.
- Excellent computer skills including; type 40+ wpm, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and time management skills.

Part Time HR Generalist (501HRG)

Achilles provides strategic HR consulting to over 70 clients so you will interact with a broad spectrum of companies of all different sizes and business models and work on a wide variety of HR projects.

Requirements
- HR Degree
- 1+ years experience working as an HR Coordinator
