Session 4: Crucial Conversations, Part I
Tools for talking about difficult, yet important, topics and issues in a fact-based, candid and respectful manner.
Session 5: Crucial Conversations, Part II
Session 6: Performance Management
Tools for setting clear expectations, giving balanced feedback and coaching and counseling people.
