Stan has more than 14 years experience in HR Management and comes to Achilles Group from United Stationers Supply Company, where he was an HR Generalist responsible for all HR disciplines related to Regional Distribution Centers. His background includes providing planning tools and training to develop leaders, ensure respectful associate relations, guide policy interpretation and ensure legal compliance for investigations and risk management.

His scope of experience encompasses staff restructuring, start up and acquisitions projects within business sectors spanning pari-mutuel, utilities, electrical / mechanical services, accounting and production companies. Additionally Stan has held operational management, supervisory and training positions in hospitality, distribution and social service environments.

Stan has a BS in Sociology from the University of Central Oklahoma and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
