About Stacey Niederhofer
Stacey Eckhoff-Niederhofer joined the Achilles Group as a Human Resource Director in October, 2007 bringing over 15 years of progressive HR experience to the organization. Over the past years, she has held Executive and Director level HR positions in the petrochemical, industrial services, manufacturing, and financial services arenas. |

During her career, she has managed all phases of HR including employee relations, employee benefits, risk management, training, labor relations, strategic organizational planning, compensation, policy and procedure development and implementation. Stacey has a vast amount of experience working with start-ups, which are typically focused on aggressive growth through mergers, acquisitions and the development of diverse and profitable revenue streams.
Stacey earned a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston. Her career has been further enhanced by participation in many Human Resources, Executive Management and Strategic & Project Planning seminars through Rice University. She is an active member of the National Society for Human Resources Managers, the Bay Area Human Resources Management Association and numerous other business associations throughout the Houston metropolitan area.
She is married to a fellow HR professional, Chuck Niederhofer and has four son’s; Caleb, Colby, Miles and Cole. She is a soft-hearted animal lover and donates numerous hours to the Houston SPCA. Her animal circus consists of three dogs (Spike, Betsy & Sugar) and one cat (Mr. Meowers.) In addition, she is involved in the Bay Area Turning Point for battered women and children and the Worldwide Sponsorship of Children in war torn countries.
While not working with clients, she loves spending time with her family and animals. She enjoys playing piano, reading, genealogy and riding motorcycles with her husband. No doubt, she is a Director with diversity. |
