About Megan Kahn

Megan Kahn is a Human Resources Coordinator for Achilles Group and she performs a wide variety of tasks and projects for clients and Human Resources Directors. Megan’s specialty is coordinating and managing the recruiting needs for Achilles group clients, but she also has experience with human resources metrics, job descriptions, compensation research, and compliance research.

Prior to joining Achilles Group, Megan worked for Texas A&M MSC Administrative Services and supported the Human Resources and Accounting professionals there. She also worked for Academy Sports & Outdoors as their Human Resources Intern and gained valuable human resources experience in a retail setting.

Megan graduated with High Distinction from Texas A&M University with a Masters in Human Resource Management. She also has a BS in Psychology with minors in Business Administration and Sociology. Megan is an active member of SHRM and served as an officer for the student chapter while at A&M. Originally from the Dallas area, Megan enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
