About Marsha Lucas

Marsha is a well rounded Human Resource Director with over 15 years of experience in manufacturing, medical and banking industries. She has demonstrated responsibilities in organizational assessment and development, policies and procedures, supervisor and employee training, employee relations, benefits administration, Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action planning, performance appraisals and compliance issues.

Prior to joining Achilles Group Marsha spent the past seven years running her own HR Consulting Company in Oklahoma. She is a results-oriented, HR professional with experience in maintaining successful relationships with employees and staff. Marsha has successfully proven abilities in researching, adapting and developing opportunities for employee awareness and educational programs to implement and increase morale and productivity.

Marsha received her Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Human Resources from Southern Nazarene University in Oklahoma. She is a member of Society for Human Resource Management, Oklahoma City Society for Human Resources, and Oklahoma City Employment Council. She has been an honored guest speaker for Dr. Renee Warning’s HR Classes at UCO and a Sponsor for the Internship program for HR at UCO.
